Self-Pay Rate: $150 per 50-minute session
Sliding Scale: $100–$150 per session
I use an income-based formula to determine sliding scale fees: your annual household income multiplied by 0.0016. This keeps the process straightforward and objective for both of us.
Example: A household income of $75,000 × 0.0016 = $120 per session.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. If cost is a barrier, reach out and we can discuss your options.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before starting services. If you are uninsured or paying out of pocket, I will provide a written estimate prior to your first session.

Take advantage of services you are already paying for. If you are enrolled in a commercial healthcare insurance plan, you may already have access to low-cost mental health benefits. This means that our sessions may cost you only $10-40, on average, per session.
I am in-network with the following plans in Florida:
Coverage varies by plan. Before your first appointment, I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to verify your mental health benefits, copay, and deductible.
If your plan is not listed above, you may still have out-of-network mental health benefits. This means that you can see someone outside of your plan and insurance will reimburse you for a percentage of the rate. I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit directly to insurance for potential reimbursement.
Contact your insurance using this form to determine if your insurer allows for these benefits.
You can also visit my FAQs page to use a calculator tool to identify benefits.
If you have questions regarding scheduling, insurance, or rates, feel free to contact me to explore your options.
