I am happy to provide a free consultation in support of adults and couples so I may answer your questions and you can decide if my services are right for you.

Consultations are available via telephone or video conference.  Call, text, or email to request an appointment for day and evening hours.  You can also use the booking portal located on the Appointments page.

Teletherapy is online video counseling in the comfort of your home. Teletherapy is a great option to gain face-to-face access to a clinician who is right for you.  Maybe you find it difficult to travel for counseling or your schedule does not allow time for in-person counseling; telehealth may be right for you.

My services are safe, secure, and HIPAA compliant. Teletherapy can be accessed via your web browser or thephone app. Download the app at the bottom of the page.

Monday through Thursday, 11 AM-6 PM.

Take advantage of services you are already paying for!  If you are enrolled in a commercial healthcare insurance plan, you may already have access to low-cost mental health benefits.  This means that our sessions may cost you only $10-40, on average, per session.     

I accept the following insurance plans in Florida:

• Optum
• Oscar
• Oxford
• United Healthcare
• Aetna
• Cigna
• AvMed

Additional plans often bill under the major carriers above for mental health.  Do not hesitate to contact me for additional information.

Income-based Sliding Scale rates are available.  Please contact me for more information.  

If your plan is not listed above, your insurance may provide out-of-network mental health coverage.  This means that you can see someone outside of your plan and insurance will reimburse you for a percentage of the rate.  I can provide you with a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
